　(一)研究背景

　　改革开放以前,人们都是食不果腹,万元户都很少见。改革开放以来,我国劳动力收入不断提高,综合国力显着增强,国际地位也随之提高。但我国政府以人为本,我国是人民当家作主的国家。我国贫富差距还很大,社会不公现象还存在。为了构建社会主义和谐社会,调整人们收入结构就显得尤为重要。目前工资性收入仍是大部分劳动者的主要收入来源。但对少部分劳动者来说,其他收入是主要收入来源。完善劳动者收入结构,有利于改善民生。目前,尽管我国大部分人民已经脱离了贫困,总体上达到了小康水平,但我国劳动者人均收入还低于发达国家。为尽快脱离社会主义初级阶段,实现国家更加繁荣富强,提高国际地位,提高劳动者收入是一项极为重要而又必须的工作。这是关乎社会和谐稳定,满足人民获得感、满足感和幸福感的大业。本文采用了相关分析,回归分析和聚类分析的统计方法,其意义在于更为深刻地理解劳动力人均收入结构,从而为完善收入结构提供借鉴意义。

　　本文实践意义如下:通过分析比较,第一点可以找出用来衡量我国省份居民收入情况的各个指标之间的内在联系,第二点可以找出各省份收入的差异,为全国的均衡发展提供政策建议。

　　(二)研究思路

　　本文采用的数据来自《中国统计年鉴》。采用的数据方法都是统计分析中常用的方法。

　　基本思路:首先利用回归分析来研究解释变量与被解释变量之间的关系,然后使用聚类分类分析通过分类,研究各城市之间的收入关系。最后,给出相关建议。
