攀枝花市东区公共财政教育支出绩效

绩效评价，分析其存在的问题和不足，并提出相应的改进建议。

本文通过收集和分析攀枝花市东区近年来的公共财政教育支出数据，深入了解了其教育支出的规模、结构和使用情况。通过对该体系的运用，对攀枝花市东区的教育支出进行了全面的绩效评价；评价结果显示，虽然攀枝花市东区在教育支出方面取得了一定的成绩，但仍存在一些问题：教育经费收入结构稳定性不足、教育经费支出结构有待优化、学校建设仍有待加强以及学生培养情况波动较大；针对这些问题，本研究提出了一系列改进建议：多元化教育经费来源、加强教育经费支出规划、加大学校建设投入力度、提高教育质量和效益。这些建议旨在为攀枝花市东区乃至其他地区的教育支出绩效评价提供参考和借鉴，推动攀枝花市东区教育事业的健康发展。

ABSTRACT

As an important area of Sichuan Province, the eastern district of Panzhihua city has made remarkable achievements in public finance and education expenditure in recent years. However, how to evaluate the performance of these expenditures and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency has become an urgent problem to be solved. This study aims to analyze the existing problems and deficiencies of the eastern district of Panzhihua City, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.

By collecting and analyzing the data of public finance education expenditure in the east district of Panzhihua city in recent years, this paper has an in-depth understanding of the scale, structure and use of its education expenditure. Through the application of the system, the comprehensive performance evaluation of the education expenditure of Panzhihua; evaluation results show that despite some achievements in education expenditure, there are still some problems: insufficient stability of education income structure, education expenditure structure to be optimized, school construction to be strengthened and student training fluctuates. In view of these problems, a series of improvement suggestions: diversified education funding sources, strengthening education expenditure planning, increasing the intensity of school construction investment, and improving the quality and efficiency of education. These suggestions aim to provide reference and reference for the performance evaluation of education expenditure in the east district of Panzhihua and even other areas, and promote the healthy development of education in the east district of Panzhihua.
