摘 要
本论文主要阐述了随着全球市场的形成、供应链竞争的加剧，各国物流业得以不断发展壮大。物流企业的产品定价决策是企业成本管理中一项重要内容。 企业定价是指在国家法律法规允许的范围内，由企业自行确定或协商确定所提供的产品和服务价格。现代物流作为一种先进的经济运行组织方式和管理，技术，被广泛认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的重要利润源泉，在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。巨大的市场需求要求并促使中国的第三方物流企业快速发展，物流企业的目标是提供合适的物流服务，获得最大的利润，而享受物流服务的客户希望以最小的物流成本获得最大的物流效益，加速企业对外部环境的反应能力，强化企业的柔性和敏捷性。这就决定了物流服务的供需双方存在既竞争又合作的博弈关系，彼此之间都会对合作的基础——价格格外关注。但在物流业发展的过程中存在着多方面的问题，特别是在物流服务定价方面。通过对有关物流服务企业定价的相关问题进行探讨，对物流服务企业如何做好定价提出了建议。

Abstract
The caption with the formation of the global market and the intensification of supply chain competition， the logistics industry in various countries has been developing and growing. The product pricing decision of logistics enterprises is an important part of enterprise cost management. Enterprise pricing refers to the price of products and services provided by the enterprise itself or through negotiation within the scope permitted by national laws and regulations. Modern logistics， as an advanced economic operation organization， management and technology， is widely regarded as an important source of profit for enterprises in addition to reducing material consumption and improving labor productivity， and plays an important role in the development of national economy and society. The huge market demand requirements and promote China's rapid development of the third party logistics enterprise， logistics enterprise's goal is to provide the appropriate logistics service， gain maximum profits， and enjoy the logistics services customers want with minimal logistics cost get the most benefit， accelerate the enterprise ability to respond to external environment， strengthen the flexibility and agility of the enterprise. This determines that both the supply and demand of logistics services are competitive and cooperative game relations， each other will be the basis of cooperation -- price is particularly concerned. However， there are many problems in the development of logistics， especially in the pricing of logistics services. This paper discusses the pricing problems of logistics service enterprises and puts forward some Suggestions on how to price logistics service enterprises.
