摘 要

清代中期（乾隆——道光时期），是已经进入晚期的中国封建社会由回光返照向崩溃衰亡的转折时期。在这个夜气如磐，新旧社会思潮激烈斗争的动荡时代里，中国古典小说达到了高度成熟的阶段，形成了小说史上的最后一个创作高潮。李汝珍的《镜花缘》，就是这个最后高潮里面出现的一部长篇杰作。李汝珍用他神话般传奇的大笔，驾驭其高超的讽刺之舟，凭借奇特的想象、大胆的夸张，说的似乎只是神话故事，实际却有现实的影子，是现实生活的漫画。并在这幅漫画里加入了炽热的理想，从而构造了一个光怪陆离、五彩缤纷的虚幻世界。在这讽刺之舟里，李汝珍化身其所钟爱的理想人物唐敖父女，时而写实、时而夸张，嬉笑怒骂道尽其不满；时而在变形、怪诞中暗藏深义，象征中透露着心绪，对比中表现着进步的思想，成全了理想世界里一场镜花水月的梦中梦。本文试从讽刺艺术的角度入手，对作品中的讽刺对象、讽刺技巧及讽刺目的予以探讨、研究。
