期刊论文已发表，申请修改作者单位经历分享
毕业在即，流程走到学生成果认定这一步的时候，上帝给我开了一个玩笑，自己的小论文作者单位漏写了学校，只写了学院，根据学校规定，第一署名单位必须是自己的大学。对于自己的情况，虽说署名是自己的大学，但是没有写大学名称，很担心学生成果认定不通过，但是事情已经发生了，只能做好自己能做的。

我也赶快联系期刊编辑，说明自己的情况，请求帮助，邮件内容如下：
Dear editor,
I am writing this urgent email to seek your assistance. I am the second author, ***, of the paper titled "*********", which has been published in ******************.
Due to my personal oversight, I omitted a part of the author affiliation of the paper, and did not indicate my school, **** University. This mistake has prevented me from applying for a master's degree, causing me great trouble. Therefore, I sincerely ask for your help to correct this major mistake to help me graduate smoothly and obtain a master's degree.
I kindly request whether you could help me modify the name of my affiliation on my published paper on the internet, including the HTML and PDF versions, to ensure that my university affiliation is accurately stated. If it is not convenient for you to make such modifications, I would be grateful if you could provide me with an official certificate stating that the paper belongs to****University, which is my current affiliation.
