【摘要】21世纪人类进入信息时代，利用网络进行学习成为信息时代人类获取知识和培养能力的一种新的趋势。学习动机是直接推动学习者进行学习的一种内部动力，也是影响学习者学习活动的重要因素，它不仅影响学习的发生，而且还影响到学习进程和学习结果。在网络学习中，学习者学习动机的高低是网络学习成功与否的关键因素。

本文通过分析网络学习的特点以及学习动机的定义与理论及其影响网络学习动机的因素来探讨激发网络学习动机的策略与方法。
