1 、基本情况及优势

　　济宁市枣栽植历史悠久，其品种以长红枣、圆铃枣为主，所产枣果品质优良、皮薄肉厚、脆甜多汁。目前，济宁市枣主要生产区集中在邹城市和曲阜市两地，2018年济宁市枣种植面积0.21万hm2，产量2.47万t，产值1.78亿元，其中不乏“灰埠大枣”“北山大枣”等着名品牌。济宁枣产业链条相对完整，具备产业化优势，形成以邹城香城得阳枣业有限公司等规模枣制品加工企业为龙头的二产集群，枣树种植、枣制品加工等专业合作社十多家，依托枣林、枣园为主题的旅景点8个，带动了人员就业和经济发展。对于立地条件较差的丘陵山区来说，管理粗放、抗病强、产值高的枣产业已经成为济宁市果农增收的支柱产业和特色品牌。

　1.1、 古枣树资源丰富及枣文化底蕴深厚

　　济宁市枣栽培历史悠久，济宁枣资源极其丰富，尤以邹县大枣享有盛誉，广为人知。《邹县县志》中朱志(1673年)记载：“一邑皆植之……中有结实平顶者，外紫内碧，名曰脆枣，最佳，而不可多得”，《邹县县志》中张志又载：“输出品大宗为……红枣、山查（楂）……”。据不完全统计，济宁市300年以上枣树约200余株，主产区百年以上的枣树随处可见。其中，金乡县羊山镇山前胡庄村境内1株古枣树更是具有1 300余年的历史，其全株高约20 m，“V”字树形，该树于主干1.3 m处分生为一长一短2个主枝，当地百姓俗称为“姊妹枣树”，该树所产枣果甘甜脆口，可溶性固形物高达38%，每年的株产鲜枣仍能达到80 kg
