企业薪酬管理包含薪酬制度、薪酬沟通等内容,其中,薪酬制度又分为薪酬标准制度和薪酬激励制度。
薪酬标准制度是企业以员工的职级、岗位价值为依据,向其发放用于保障日常生活的基本工资,再就其工龄、绩效状况,向其发放有关工作经验、劳动贡献的补贴薪酬。
