　　摘要：从西北地区现阶段的实际情况来看，民族地区的经济发展与其他地区的发展仍存在一定距离，主要原因为自身协调发展的能力较为薄弱。在生态移民战略提出的背景下，为确保少数民族地区的经济协调发展，因地制宜，结合西北少数民族地区的实际发展状态展开详细分析，针对其中出现的问题提出相应的解决对策。

　　0 引言

　　区域发展不协调是中国的一项基本国情，中国作为大国，各地区之间存在不同程度的发展不协调的现象。西北民族地区的内部发展水平、居民收入、基础设施等发展不平衡现象极为显著，这些因素在很大程度上制约着人们的整体生活水平[1].因此，政府要加强扶持力度，通过科学有效的方式实现民族地区的协调发展。

0 Introduction

Uncoordinated regional development is one of China's basic national conditions. As a big country, China has different degrees of uncoordinated development among regions. The imbalance of internal development level, residents' income, infrastructure and other development in northwest ethnic minority areas is very significant. These factors restrict people's overall living standard to a great extent [1]. Therefore, the government should strengthen support and realize the coordinated development of ethnic minority areas in a scientific and effective way.
